Cormac Noonan | Co-Founder | Wolf Academy 

Wolf Academy was born from a desire to help young people learn to express themselves and find their true path in life. Wolf Academy provides talks, workshops, online programmes and retreats to teenagers with the aim to help them reconnect with and become their true selves. Cormac will discuss the individual and societal issues he believes are causing huge problems for teens today. He will also discuss the solution Wolf Academy aims to implement to prepare today’s teens to face their own personal challenges and become more capable to step into their role as leaders of the future.

Paula Philpott | Head of Learning Academy | SERC (South Eastern Regional College)

SERC offer students a career enhancing experience through their enterprise driven curriculum where students work on live projects, solving problems for real businesses. In this session Paula will look at the way in which Project Based learning has been embedded across the College, as a key part of the learning and assessment strategy, to develop the  21st century skills of learners.

Dr Mary Kelly | Academic Dean | Hibernia College

Dr Mary Kelly is Academic Dean of Hibernia College and a member of the College’s Executive Management Team. Mary has been a driving force in the strategic direction of research initiatives and innovation in academic development since joining Hibernia College in 2012. During her tenure, she helped establish Hibernia College as the leading provider of primary school teachers in the country.

Niki van der Perk | Solutions Architect EMEA | Poly

Niki is an EMEA Solutions Architect at Poly, a global leader in the unified communications & collaboration industry. For over 12 years Niki has helped customers to plan and implement their hybrid working and learning strategies. He is also a committed life-long learner, including a bachelors degree in Business Administration, online executive education courses at Harvard Business School and multiple industry certifications.

Ciara MacNamara | Folens

Ciara has worked in educational publishing for 15 years, designing and developing digital educational solutions for the K12 market. She moved back from London in 2015 to head up the Digital Content Team at Folens. In her current position she manages the design and development of Folens’ different learning platforms and the implementation of digital products and services.
