The core focus of one of Learnovate’s research pillars ‘Personalisation’ is to support the best practices and technologies relating to the provision of an authentic and effective personalised learning experience. We address some of the challenges relating to personalised learning including providing real-time support, how to gather and implement tacit knowledge, as well as identifying the data to be collected and the associated learning analytics.
The core focus of one of Learnovate’s research pillars ‘Soft Skills’ is to support the practice, development and recognition of soft or transversal skills. We address some of the challenges relating to skills development and assessment as well as the overarching performance management and competency frameworks.
The core focus of one of Learnovate’s research pillars ‘Accelerated Digital Transformation’ is to support the approaches, technologies, and best practices associated with remote working and learning. We address some of the challenges relating to working and learning remotely (including remote onboarding) such as learner engagement and motivation, as well as the associated technologies and business models to provide an effective and engaging remote working and learning experience.
The core focus of one of Learnovate’s research pillars ‘The Learner in the Future of Work’ is to support the learner to engage with learning and to help motivate the learner throughout the experience, whether in a hybrid or fully online environment. In this regard we also address some of the challenges relating to wellbeing and how we can develop learners and organisations that thrive, as well as how to develop learning as a culture within an organisation. In addressing the Future of Work we look at innovative approaches and technologies to address the current and future challenges.
