Posted by Learnovate

This months Inside Learning podcast features the author of Flex: Reinventing Work for a Smarter, Happier Life, Annie Auerbach. Annie is also the co-founder of Starling Strategy.

Annie has spent most of her working life focusing on ‘flex’, achieving balance for both herself and those around her. During the podcast she discusses how we now have the opportunity to really listen to and understand people who have been “marginalized in the workplace, people whos voices haven’t been heard, people who have been neglected asking what was it like, how can we change things for the better, how can we make sure that we make the workplace a fairer and more equitable place?”

Senior Business Manager of Learnovate Linda Waters also contributes to this episode discussing her own experience of balancing work and home life.

Inside Learning explores the power of learning to unlock human potential and is hosted by author, speaker, coach and broadcaster Aidan McCullen.

Aidan interviews global experts in the science of learning and the future of work to educate, entertain and inform us all on the power of learning.
