This month our guest, Katie Novak, is a teacher, educational consultant, adjunct professor at University of Pennsylvania and a former Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Massachusetts.

Her latest book “In Support of Students: A Leader’s Guide to Equitable MTSS” is an invaluable resource for policymakers, university staff, and regional support providers.

Katie talks us through her tookit for MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Supports) as well as looking at the strategic plans and how the goals can be achieved using data driven decisions to create an equitable space for learners.
