Audrey O’Mahony is the head of Accenture’s Talent and Organisation Management Consulting practice in Ireland. Her background is largely in the Financial Services sector where she supports clients develop their talent management agendas, ranging from learning outsourcing, operating model design, change management and human capital effectiveness.
Audrey has worked in lead roles in several programmes of large transformation change and is particularly experienced at change management skills and capability up-lift. In 2013 Audrey co-authored an Accenture Point of View on the Skills gap in Ireland.
Audrey is also the People Advocacy Lead for Accenture Financial Services practice and works on a number of internal talent management and skills development initiatives in Accenture Ireland.
