Genetic profiling has been identified as a major growth area in healthcare. PEPRECO will develop training for a new kind of professional, called a Personalised Prevention Counsellor, a health coach who can help clients with decisions involved in commercial preventive genetic testing.
Our talk will cover the scope of the project and the innovation methodologies we used to ensure the needs of our learners are being addressed through the PEPRECO course.

|MOTOR-SENSE: MOTION DETECTION GAMES TO SUPPORT EARLY FUNCTIONAL SCREENING OF GROSS-MOTOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN
Motor development is the process by which children acquire movement patterns. Our research aims to develop a series of games that can screen children’s motions while playing, and monitor whether they complete the tasks within their developmental stage parameters. MotorSense will support parents, carers and health professionals in monitoring gross-motor development and aid in the early detection of potential issues.
