Alec W. Serlie is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Work & Organizational Psychology of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Educated as a cognitive and medical psychologist (PhD on cardiophobia), he has extensive experience in organisational consultancy.
His work mainly focusses on innovative and practical tools for assessment and development purposes.
