Dr Na Fu is a leading international scholar in the HRM field and has been highly influential in the areas of strategic HRM and professional service firms where she champions improved management practice and workplace wellbeing for employees. Dr Fu’s research is aligned with international strategic priorities where she addresses the critical question of how organizations can respond effectively to the management imperative of utilising their employees’ full potential.
Her work has received international acclaim via publications, research grants, multiple prestigious awards and nominations, and international collaborations. She is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers in international conferences including 18 at the world’s premier and largest management conference, the Academy of Management Annual Conference. The recent publication of her paper on paradox navigation in people management, was selected by the Provost of Trinity College Dublin as a research case study.
Dr Fu’s work has been recognised by primary national and international media outlets including RTE (Six O’Clock News), the Irish Times, and Global Voice. Dr. Fu is a respected and sought-after speaker, giving keynote talks at industry events, serving as a judge for industry awards, and publishing industry reports to inform policy makers.
