Kathryn Cullen

Kathryn worked in Financial Services sector for over 18 years; working across a range of roles for several fund managers and administrators. As Global Change Manager for Funds Services Transfer agency, Kathryn was responsible for significant regulatory, client, digital and productivity projects and implementations as part of strategic Digital Transformation programmes.

Since transitioning to Technology Ireland DIGITAL Skillnet Kathryn has developed and managed a number of strategic digital and diversity programmes including Women ReBOOT, TechLEARN and Transform – DIGITAL Transformation and Innovation. These have all made an important impact on the digital skills capacity and future proofing of the new digital workforce.
