Brian O’Mahony

Brian O’Mahony has extensive experience in the design, delivery, and management of world-class organisational and leadership development programmes. He has worked with a diverse array of organisations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors both locally and internationally.

Brian is currently Head of Sales for Roffey Park Europe, overseeing a broad portfolio of clients across various sectors. Brian is a former Director in a EY Ireland’s People Consulting team, where he spearheaded the development of a leadership learning and development practice. Brian worked with a wide range of public sector clients in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Brian also spent 14 years at Irish Management Institute, where he managed a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on building partnerships with major clients from various sectors.
