Aisling Teillard

Aisling is the CEO and founder of Tandem HR Solutions, an innovative tool that has transformed performance management and feedback practices for global organisations in US, Canada, South America and throughout Europe and has claimed the most innovative Future of Work product at the HR Technology Congress in Paris.

As a former HR Director for O2 Telefonica and prior to that, HRD and Board member to SAP, Aisling has led numerous change iniatives in the areas of performance management, talent management and cultural change. She successfully established and ran Telefonica’s first European shared services organization and led HR services, analytics and digital strategy for Europe. With a research Masters in Performance Management, Aisling also spent several years consulting in this area with leading international organisations, bringing tailored and new approaches that transformed performance practices.
